Arrive to a spot that’s already yours. Open the gate from the app where lots are gated, and add more time if you need it.

Good news! You don't need to plan ahead to use our spots. If you’re out looking for parking and pass a lot with GrydPark signage, just scan the QR code right on the sign to book the spot you're in, no advance booking needed.

Yes, but only in certain lots. Some lots offer Express Checkout so you can pay without the app. Learn more here.

You can easily change the license plate associated with your booking right in the app! Go into your Active Booking, select Booking Options, and select Change Vehicle.

Nope! The GrydPark app is totally free to download. You only pay when you book a parking spot.

Here’s the deal: Your subscription keeps going until you cancel it. You’ll be charged monthly, on the last day of the month. And you can cancel before the next renewal if you're done.

Simple! If your booking is confirmed in the app, your spot is guaranteed.

Easy! In the GrydPark app, tap “Someone is in my spot” under More Options in your Active Booking, and we’ll get you sorted.
