GrydPark | Account Deletion

Effective date: September 3, 2026

You're in control of your GrydPark account. If you'd like it closed and your personal information deleted, here's exactly how to ask and what happens next.

How to request deletion

Email support@gryd.com from the email address on your GrydPark account, with "Account deletion request" in the subject line. Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your GrydPark account

If you'd rather speak to someone, call us at 1-866-343-4793.

We'll confirm we've received your request within 5 business days, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

When we close your account, we delete the personal information we hold about you, including:

• Your profile details — name, email address and phone number
• Your saved vehicles and licence plate numbers
• Your saved payment methods
• Your parking history and booking records
• Your notification and communication preferences

What we keep, and why

Where the law requires it, we keep limited records to satisfy legal, accounting and reporting obligations — for example, records of completed transactions. We hold that information only as long as necessary for those purposes, and in some cases we anonymize it so it can no longer be associated with you. Before you send your request

Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your parking history, saved vehicles and saved payment methods cannot be recovered, and you'll need to create a new account to park with us again.

If you have an active monthly parking subscription or an outstanding balance, we'll settle that with you before closing the account.
